U.S.: ISIS mortar tests positive for sulfur mustard agent

Fragments from an ISIS mortar fired on Kurdish forces near Makhmour, Iraq, earlier this month tested positive for sulfur mustard agent during a field test conducted by the U.S. military, a U.S. general told reporters at the Pentagon Friday.
