Belgian government building plans found on abandoned computer

Photos and plans for a number of Belgian government buildings were found on a computer abandoned in a rubbish bin outside the terror cell's bomb factory in Brussels, a source close to the investigation told CNN, suggesting they may have been targets. One of the buildings houses the Belgian Prime Minister's office.
